Musical Moments is an early childhood music class for children ages 0-5 and their families to explore music together.
In this class, young children and their caregivers will experience music through singing, moving, playing instruments, and literacy.
About The Teacher
Deanna Tausch is a music educator and performer from Waterman, Illinois. She graduated from Indian Creek High School in Shabbona and continued on to pursue a B.M. in Music Education, a B.M. in Music Performance, and a M.S.Ed in Literacy Education from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. She currently teaches early childhood and elementary music in Kaneland CUSD #302. Deanna is also a mom to a 2 year old boy.
Musical Moments is taking a break and will not be offering classes in Spring 2024.
About The Class
Musical Moments is a 30-minute interactive family music class that features singing, listening, creative movement, storytelling, and instrument playing.
Musical Moments will meet on the following Saturday mornings from 9am-9:30am at the Schoolhouse at Resource Bank, located at 102 Indian Rd., Shabbona, IL 60550.
Families are encouraged to attend Musical Moments classes at a small cost of $15 per family, per class.
Cash and checks written to Deanna Tausch, as well as Venmo and Paypal payments will be accepted on the date of the class. You may also pay in advance for multiple classes, if you plan to attend more than one class.
*Please note that no refunds will be given if you pay in advance and do not attend.
