Musical Moments is an early childhood music class for children ages 0-5 and their families to explore music together.
In this class, young children and their caregivers will experience music through singing, moving, playing instruments, and literacy.
About The Teacher
About The Teacher
Deanna Tausch is a music educator and performer from Hinckley, Illinois. She graduated from Indian Creek High School in Shabbona and continued on to pursue a B.M. in Music Education, a B.M. in Music Performance, and a M.S.Ed in Literacy Education from Northern Illinois University. She currently teaches early childhood and elementary music and literacy in Kaneland CUSD #302. Deanna is also a mom of two young boys.

Musical Moments is a 30-minute interactive family music class that features singing, listening, creative movement, storytelling, and instrument playing.
Musical Moments is returning for the summer 2026 season!
We plan to offer classes in June and July 2026 through the Sugar Grove Park District.
